Heritage Railway issue 178, a special Great Gathering souvenir edition, has all 35 A4s pictured. Plus there is the untold story of how Dominion of Canada ended up in North America, newly-rediscovered pictures of what a streamlined LNER A3 Pacific would have looked like, and a fresh look at the end of steam in 1968.
It is on sale on Thursday July 11.

A very good souvenir issue but there are a couple of embarrassing mistakes in the headline news section i.e. 60008 being called Dominion of Canada .......... whoops!

Does it include the A.N. Wolstenholme impression of what he thought a streamlined A3 might look like?
