    The Bill Targett Steam and Vintage Rally had a sum of cash stolen on Sunday afternoon 19th May 2013. We stand little chance of recovering cash but show organizers need to revise their cash handling storage to prevent this happening to them. The thief we believed reached under the side wall of the entrance gate tent and removed the cash from under the gate staff.
