First of our monthly excursions along the steeply graded Cauldon Lowe Branch in 2014.
This year sees a new timetable introduced for these services, with services now terminating at Ipstones and there being an increase of 3x return trips from Froghall each day.
Haulage will hopefully be by the line's recently repaired S160 6046, though there may be a requirement to Top & Tail these services with one of the line's resident 33 if bad weather prevents the completion of Ipstones Loop.
Dep Froghall: 1000 / 1235 / 1510 (Rtn 1213 / 1448 / 1723)
Dep Cheddleton: 1030 / 1305 / 1540
