    15 minutes early at Settle, going well albeit with a moderate load.

    Probably ordered to run early in the hope of spiting some of today's gricers who may have "bad-mouthed" David Smith on this and other forums. I am joking, but suspect from views expressed on other threads that some may believe this to be true - we will probably never know and even if we did, how would things be better?

    Estimate it was 20 minutes early at Ribblehead following a service train earlier. Was scheduled for an hour stop over at Hellifield which seemed a long time to me

    Thanks Steven. Judging by Mark and Shep's shots, there were more gaps in the cloud further south. I was pretty lucky, though driving home, it did look brighter closer still to Carlisle.
