Just a quick message for anyone interested in buying/collecting ex loco Diesel and Electric nameplates.

Interesting T&C. I take it the locos are not still attached? How does a bidder get to see the plates before bidding, or is the winning bid a first right of refusal once you get to see the plate?

 

Hi Huochemi. Its just for the sale of nameplates, no locos involved!
Previously, if required I have arranged viewings prior to bidding - additional pictures are available when requested.

We’ve now reached our final week of the sealed bid tender and thanks to everyone who’s bid so far.
As requested by a number of people, additional pictures are now available of the nameplates including photos of the back of the plates.
