    Just looked at the Jan-June 2016 calender - sorry to be a bit pedantic but the GWSR event on 19th March "Relaunch of Class 47 D6948" can't be right. D6948 is a class 37.

    South Devon Railway Winter Steam Gala - Saturday 13th to Sunday 21st February. Just working up the details now, should feature 6 loco's (inc 2 visitors) in steam with a branch line theme. Four in steam 13/14th, 2 in steam each day 15th-18th, 4 x pannier tanks on Friday 19th, and all six on 20/21st. More details to be released shortly, but looking to be a fine celebration of West Country branch lines from a bygone era.

    Swindon and Cricklade Railway's first ever "Steam, Sausages and Cider" event will be held on the 16th/17th July.

    Aiming to have three locos in steam over that weekend - Locos to be confirmed soon....hopefully! ;)
