The Scarborough Spa Express 2015

After the disastrous 2014 season when steam was banned on the eastern region, 2015's Scarborough Spa season will only be running for 3 days on the week of Tue 27th to Thu 29th October, Of the 3 days I will be going on Wed 28th's Run and because I was one of the passengers booked on one of the 2014 trains iv got a ticket free of charge.

Question is what engine will be picked for the trips, hoping for 45690 Leander to be chosen as I haven't travelled behind her yet (I should've had her in January of this year on the WCME but she was taken off the tour due to mechanical issues). Either her or 48151 as the 8f hasn't been out on a tour in 2015 yet. 44932's under overhaul so she's out of the question, iv had 46115 on 2 occasions this year & I travelled behind 45699 on the ill fated NWCE in Jul when she ran hot at Llandudno.

Just over 3 weeks till the rather small season kicks off, cross fingers 2016 goes back to normal.

It's an ECS so why does it matter, anyway saves water stops, and coal.

That location at Clapham has to be one of the best in the north scenically, along with Mallerstang. Shame for the punters the ECS has seen the best of the weather this week.
