Yes, perhaps with 813 and 7714 due back at some point next year, perhaps a GWR tank engine enthusiast event, with supporting turns by 1501, 4566, 1450 and one guest (56XX, 5101 or a 42XX again perhaps )? I know 1450 and 4566 have double headed so would have thought most of those could be paired.

Anyone notice the chap in the red top sticking his arm out on the teak set, was he wearing a mask of some sort?

Not just the teaks...Toplights...Blood and Custard...essentially if he was on a train he was flailing.

Excellent little event guys, SVR at it's finest and much more enjoyable than the ASG. Despite only having 5x locos out there was plenty of action happening up/down the line and on Saturday especially the numbers seemed very good. Great variety to the timetable - shuttles/non-stops mixed in to the basic 3-train TT was great. Only downside was you seem to have underestimated the event, as the 3x Toplights were nowhere near enough for the first train Saturday and people were being turned away 30mins before departure. The 6x coach LNER set was also rather cosy at times on Saturday running 1x of the full line diagrams, though Sunday it just about coped from what I experienced.

Hopefully it's proved the success it certainly appeared to be, and agree with others be nice to see something similar done next year. With 4566 due of ticket in 2016, 7714 / 1450 / 7802 / 7812 / 2857 could all provide a nice GWR mini-Gala plus there 813 if she's around. If it is run again though, could a set be run from Kidder - Bewdley with one of the LE moves to shed, so that those of us staying in Bewdley don't have to fork out taxi fares to get back to Bewdley? Whatever set could then be used for an early morning train to Kidder ready for the "first" train of the day.

If it's the kid I was stood next to on the Carmine/Cream and later on the Toplights, his hand movements appeared more due to his learning disability than any railway orientated symbol. He is visible in one of the videos posted previously, and wasn't wearing a mask that I saw.

Two days of photo charters brought the curtain down on #Manor50 which seems to have exceeded everyone's expectations and brought forward calls for same again next year

Severn Valley Photocharters had a day Monday and I had a day Tuesday . Even the unwanted attentions of storm Barney didn't dampen spirits

A very big thank you to everyone involved on the SVR , all who came and supported any part of the event and of course @Dinmore Manor Ltd. for kindly allowing the loco to visit

Great minds think alike. In an idle moment I speculated about a small engine day: a shoulder-season table B service with 4566, 7714 and 1501 on lighter coach sets (the LMS, LNER and GW2 sets?), and with 813/1450 on the diner.

As it is now in the public domain, there were 1399 passengers over the Manor 50 weekend.
