I was planning my trip to the sea side, fish n chips, ice cream for the dog, but ole Tangers rejected the fancy 21st century transplant technology, damn electronic fangled rubbish.

So it was out to sea the standby excursion, the BBP, with Tornado at the head

Tornado put up a good show tho, nice hard working audio

Mortlake, the vegetation being cut down allowed me to photograph the Driver's side for a change.

    2. Three days ago less than 300 miles away, a tour was cancelled because the main line was washed away in a record flood.

Good to see the vegetation has been cut down there, I tried that shot for 35028's last VSOE trip and it was impossible to get anything from that side it had got so high.

Is that from a footbridge and if so how far from the station?

    Thanks

Yes 200 yards from the station, just follow the roads either side of the line towards Barnes, the bridge has very low parapets. There is a further foofbridge 250 yards along from this one, but with high sides, you have to shoot from the steps for that one. This picture shows the second bridge, from the first footbridge.

Looks a good spot or two.
Shame that they usually run around the Hounslow loop rather than down the main (at least the wcrc ones seem too, must check the DBS route...)
