    Annex 3, page 30...

The proposed map seems to take rail access from both the shed and the Peter Allen building for property development ?

The connecting lines to both buildings seem to be erased.
Will there even be a demo running line ?

Also the NER stable block looks marked for demolition.

Have I got it wrong ?

It seems just station hall (goods shed) will not have rail access, I can't see the roundhouse not having a rail connection. I don't see the benefits for NRM apart from both buildings being connected. That is a lot of track that is going to be removed south west of the NRM.

The plans show parkland between the Peter Allen building and the ECML. Is it the intention that the existing running line will run though the landscaped area?

I suggest this thread is read in conjunction with the NRM thread which gives the NRM view of it all.

The document says the stable block, along with a number of other, non-listed buildings may, or may not, he retained.

New rail access anticipated to run off the avoiding line. This is a vision document and presentation, with the fine detail yet to come.
