    On it's first main passenger train since 1962, 46100 Royal Scot has it's debut on Saturday 6th of Feb., an event possibly more significant than the outing of 103 further north. A very welcome return to you "Royal Scot".

    I kind of think that despite what is going on in the Fells that Royal Scot's first mainline tour shall not go unnoticed. My optimistic opinion.

    Bookings I believe are good, since it's diesel hauled to Crewe and this is the first outing I will not be surprised if the diesel stays on. Valley triangle still operational.
