British Railways 60's overcoat question

    Brought a 60's BR overcoat but it has leather cuffs one cuff has a white band round it who would of worn it station staff or loco crew

    Yes I am an active volunteer
    That is a road drivers cost.

    Bus drivers used to have a similar white cuff band to make hand signals more visible.

    Ideal if you've got a mechanical horse to drive.
