While not the Fife Circle, here's a quick shot from Cutcane this morning with the Borders run :

Tweedbank just now. The one thing many people have noticed is just how organised this event is. Whoever organised this bit has done really rather well. Lots of police, as well as stewards from the tour helping move people about.

It's not going through Stirling today. The Fife Circle this evening goes out via Kirkcaldy, through Dunfermline and back through Inverkeithing.

    Hi

Can anyone tell me if the FS is stopping for any length of time at any station on the Fife Circular? Also, will I be able to see him at Thornton, by Glenrothes station?
    Many thanks in advance
    Donna

Good to see more coverage on this evenings BBC News of the trip down the Border route, with a brief interview with the driver Steve Chipperfield, and we saw a fleeting glimpse of certain Gordon Hodson on the footplate as well - assume as the TI.
Good to see a lot of people watching line side.
Do we know who the driver was on the York to Edinburgh leg?

Have heard a couple of people at both the Forth Bridge location I was at and now at N Queensferry saying Scotsman was stopped prior to Dalmeny due to more trespass!

It would explain why she lost time between Haymarket and Dalmeny and why the helicopter was hovering near the airport for so long...
