Was in the Telegraph today, and got a mention on Chris Evans' Breakfast show…

30 minutes to Grantham and then an hour on the train… I've seen worse commutes, and £600k buys you a lot more house in Lincolnshire than it does in London…

Looks good - but as a Grantham commuter, I wouldn't want to bank on half an hour to get to the station and onto my train...

Not many do the run in an hour either:Inpain:

Its a big price for a fairly small house, although the plot and sheds etc are great. The map says 36 min to Peterborough then train into town?

I see someone can't tell the difference between a goods shed and an 'engine shed/barn'!

I suspect a developer will buy it, it's a lot of land for a housing estate

Very lovely station, bit far down south for me ;) wonderful that it's still very intact regardless of the fact it closed to passengers in the 30s, a lot of the stations on that line are very complete inc goods sheds. Anyone see that restoration man episode of the guy that bought whittingham station in Northumbria? Lucky bugger
