    No I do not currently volunteer
    Pretty sure that's an ex ROD tender last used minus centre wheel set for departmental use. I think I heard it was bought by 3205s owner with a view to restoring it to run with the 2251. A fair number of 2251s did run with ROD tenders back in the day, although I'd hesitate to describe it as an aesthetically delightful combination.
