Tempting with the pair of 33s but had hoped for 34070 to be out. Wish other railway did diesel/steam combination instead of pure steam

The thinking behind that combination of locos is that it will be 30053's last special event appearance before withdrawal, and 80104 hasn't yet appeared at a Winter Warm Up; we've done both 31806 and 34070 a couple of time at these events. Those 33's are the ones being used as they are the home-based ones with currently working ETH.

Do all of the coaches at the Swanage Railway have working ETH? I know that the later build MK1s (the ones with Network Southeast interiors) are likely to, but what about the earlier MK1s (the ones with wooden interiors) and the Bulleids?

Swanage Railway has three Mk1 coaches with working ETH [from memory - 2 TSOs and a Brake].

Currently three TSOs and a BSK with working ETH, another couple of TSOs have ETH but require quite a bit of work to get it working, and this can only be done as and when time allows as it's not a high priority.
