    Seem to recall the Duchess was programmed for PPM over the winter plus an LMS repaint. Has there been any reports of whether this has been completed or sighted on test at MRC? Could not gather anything from the PRCLT website.

    Sutherland seems to have been rumoured to be going back to LMS maroon for the last 4 years! I think they've given up and it will stay green until her ticket is out now? 5 years in, 2 to go unless there is an extension... how has that flown by so quickly!

    I understand that final decision on loading has yet to be confirmed.

    Perhaps another expense that they can ill afford at the moment.

    It went black for the last couple of operational years during the previous spell as the red was life expired so would guess some cosmetic work will be needed after 5 years or so. Whether that means the full LMS maroon remains to be seen; it is quite ornate is what was said prior to the short term black makeover so a simpler livery was chosen. You would think refreshing the green would be simplest when the time comes?
