Absolutely superb. Well done sir. No DL again. Lets hope 34052 doesn't start any fires and if not we should be OK for Sunday

Whilst I would be happy never to see the intro shots again, nor indeed your legs, that is a terrific video of one of Mr Bulleid's fine engines, ably modified by Mr Jarvis, climbing with real power with a heavy load. Thank you for making the effort.

Only 5 months to go of the intro, the legs will never be seen again, but I think there will be more from clan line.

Phew. Thank goodness for that. Those legs have certainly seen better days :)

Be nice too see over the Cumbrian Fells in the near future, she's mastered everything in the south and has nothing really to prove down there. Shap and the S&C are her only hurdle left IMO.

Don't forget the west country? The sight and sound of Clan Line over Hemerdon would be nice. <BJ>

Be aware than Clan Line not Braunton is on the BP on Monday. A problem with Braunton from the Saturday RTC trip needs to be resolved.

Braunton did sound a bit out of sorts on the return on Saturday.

Today's run still seems to be at Victoria, when it should have left at 1128. Does anyone have an update? Edit - RTT has just updated - left 15L.

The Pullman timings normally have a pathing stop of about 15 mins between Addlestone Jct and Byfleet & New Haw. By missing this out it looks like the train has got back on schedule.

Earlier delay was due to Trespassers on the track at Barnes. Held my local from Brentford (and the rest of the service including Freight), up for around 45 minutes outside Barnes, with power off too.
I was going to Putney (Oxford Road) for this shoot, but Jumped off at Barnes only just in time for a Head on Shot.
Still there is Tomorrow and Saturday etc...

Does anyone know if Lord Dowding of Braunton will be in charge of the Charter Pullman tomorrow (Tues)?

The last time I saw legs like that, they were hanging out of a nest!

Good to see Clan Line out on the Surrey Hills Pullmans and as spotless as she always was during her last boiler ticket. Seen here passing Old Lodge Lane in Purley this afternoon :)

It will be Clan Line again as the only locomotive available. It seems that her running in period is becoming rather intensive. Useful financially but not the way that the MNLPS likes to do things.
