There's a well know scientific dictum which applies equally to the best run heritage projects:
"Constant's aren't..... and variables don't".

The Crewe/boiler situation is a hiccup, perhaps even a fit of hiccups, and definitely a pain in the **** for the project, but they'll get past it. I've absolutely no doubt of that.

 

Could 2020 be the year of the new build ? with hopefully Beachy head, the Patriot, and possibly the 3 mt tank all reaching completion?
