    Class 50s 50007 Hercules and 50049 Defiance worked Pathfinders Torbay and Dart Explorer on the 16th September 2017. The 50s took the train from Worcester to Paignton and return.
    I should have had another shot at Marlands of the outward run but screwed shot up so the only shot was at Burlescombe on the return run. This was also touch and go as hail,thunder and lightening and torrential rain almost stopped me from filming this!!

    I managed to get a soaking at Filton Abbey Wood Nick. No thunder and lightening but the rain was heavy.
    If it's possible to protect the camera from the rain, the results from filming at night can be very pleasing.
    I thought that the blue and grey coaching stock suited the train well. <BJ>
