So that's where I went wrong! To be honest, I've stopped buying it as I can get the facts on the things that interest me from elsewhere for free. If I want to read challenging opinion pieces and commentary, I'll buy the Grauniad or Independent.

Went and saw the film with the family yesterday evening. An excellent film with a great storyline and both the Crab and Tornado playing starring roles.

 

It really was lovely to see the LMS crab and Tornado getting some limelight - and how refreshing to make Steam Locomotives "cool again". Michael Brown my new hero this year....

 

Here's to hoping some of that reflected limelight shines in the direction of the 'Other Crab' No.42859!

Why would you want to Copyright that, surely you want every Tom Dick and Harry with the inclination running a copy off and sticking it on their office wall, screensaver etc ... publicity innit.

 

It's not actually advertising anything really so I expected they intend selling it as a poster.

 

A very evocative artwork. To my mind, it screams 'Agatha Christie film poster' and I could easily imagine a wry smile on an ever so slightly bemused and very content Arthur Peppercorn. "Tornado" has very much moved that gentleman out from under the shadows of Gresley and Thompson and IMO not before time!

Roll on the first meeting in steam of "Tornado" and "Blue Peter"
