    Having given this a lot of thought, I reckon building Bulleid's proposed 2-8-2 and basing it on the IoWSR would be a dream come true. ;)

    The Sturrock 2-4-0 in its original form would be a wonderful addition to the heritage loco fleet but not so sure it would be popular with crews in inclement weather.

    Indeed, look at the T.E. of a 250 p.s.i. Bulleid WC/BB which is only 27,720 lbs, but the actual Horsepower output tells you everything about it's capacity to generate steam with that awesome boiler.
