Fitness To Run Exam. Is there one on line anywhere?

I've had an email from a volunteer on a railway asking for a FTR exam he can use on a their wagons. I don't know which railway and I don't know why he chose me to ask. I'm not even sure he's in the UK.
I don't do the FTR exams on the SVR, so I've got nothing on paper myself and I couldn't find anything in the SVR's on line documents.

Does anyone know where I can get something suitable that I can forward on to him please?

Thanks. Coming from an HGV background, that looks like the equivalent of a driver's daily walk round check on a truck to me.
I'm guessing he's after something more like an MOT inspection standards list, something I'd be interested in myself if it exists.
I've found bits here and there on the web, but I can't find it all in one place.
Horn guide wear, coupling wear, brake pin wear, brake block thickness, brake lever travel, buffer height, etc. That sort of thing.
Are there official specifications for all these and are they all available in one document?

Interesting have downloaded a copy for future reference. Brake Blocks usually have a vertical line cast into them about half way. The idea is once it has worn past the line then it becomes scrap. It is a similar idea to car brake pads that often have a groove cut into them and once it has worn to the groove they need to be replaced.
Apparently the West Somerset Railway can supply newly cast brake blocks.

Try getting in touch with Ray Plackett, Graham. He still volunteers on the P. Way when the weather is OK. He used to be a C & W examiner at Lawley Street. He may have some books. He gave me a lot of advice when I used to look after the P. Way's wagons.
