    Looking at the photos it appears as if the digger boom is not stowed at the minimum possible height.
    If the dipper arm had been folded back more under the arm then the top knuckle would be lower.

    Oh look! .... the "comments" at the foot of the news article are disabled. D'you suppose comments might have led to a few words considered too 'colourful' for public consumption? What the 'Herald' clearly needs is a journo who could've strung a headline together blaming the tramway .... as the BBC website usually manages when road and rail meet in unfortunate fashion.
