There's a pendolino behind GB on the arpley/msc sidings. Been there for 20+ minutes last time I looked at rtt.

We are often told who the loco crews are, so I thought it reasonable to enquire about a possibly less familiar face. She certainly wasn't hiding from public view.

The Lady in question is often on West Coast tours and if I'm correct fires the locos also

Looking at Open Trains maps, all the signals there don't show an aspect and very few services appear so looks like the problem is still present and could well account for the lack of updates.

Staffordian, standing in a field near Nantwich hoping to stay dry :)

At 1140 we are sitting at Weaver Junction next to a Pendo from Liverpool.
Meanwhile in other news the run from Carnforth to Warrington in 60 min was good. Videos at Wigan would have been interesting. 75/76 through station.

Glad you were careful with your spellings on that one!

Both Wigan and Warrington are often good for videos (often showing very shocked normal's) as the trains tend to pass fast, with little warning and also on a platform facing line.

They may very well be open but I imagine there is going to be an almighty backlog to deal with.

National Rail now suggesting that normal service (whatever that is) won't be back until 1430 at the earliest.
