Any idea why there is no Loco roster on WSR.org?

Half way up the main street, on the left hand side as you go up away from the railway station. I think it's the Co-Op now. Adjoined the large car park that I believe is still there.

The crew roster does not seem to show a swap over to steam.

I can't see where it says that.
You can PM Faol or Ian C via these pages if you want to offer support. You can e-mail me at the WSRA or Ian at the WSR if you would prefer.

Step one is a business plan. A part of this will be working out the how much and how long questions but it will also need information on any funding pledges already made and any offers of additional volunteer support.

There is a ton of work to do on the WSR, not just on loco's and Rodney Greenway is running a volunteer recruitment campaign at the moment.
People who want to do loco restoration work could also consider joining the efforts at Williton on 6695 and 4561. Again there is plenty to do.

If anybody wants to start actually making a donation I can be done via the existing Locomotive Restoration Fund. donating this way will bring the benefit of gift aid.
contact the WSRA on 01823 433856 to request a donation form.

Hi Ploughman, I have only just got the Facebook page working but I guess you have to log into Facebook to use it. Something way out of my control. If you know how to do what you want it to do please let me know. When we make some progress then there may well be some form of access but at the moment it is beyond me, sorry. Ken

Its because you have it set as a closed group. The way it is set up you have to be a member of FB and join the page to even view the page. In the settings there is an option to make the group public which will mean anyone can view it. There is a further option regarding posts. After making the group public make sure this is set so it only allows members to post, this will allow some form of control on who is posting (you will of approved them to join). This is useful as if you do get a spammer they are easy to remove from the group.
