Several examples exist in Malachite Green.... it is not a livery I like.

If any Facebook malpractice has failed to be noticed... then I despair.
I recently had Whatsapp on my smartphone... which was bought by Facebook... and the only option for continuing to use it was to agree to allow downloads of my address book, phone numbers, photos, locations etc....
    Damned impertinence....
    I deleted that app.

That's a long way on the Irish Sea. You'd need to be a good sailor.

There is I am afraid. It puts the railway (PLC) in a difficult position and more bad publicity.

Hardly - the only people who look at that website know exactly what's going on. It's kind of quaint that someone's still updating that website though, and even more so that people are still checking it!

Thank you for drawing my attention to the WSRA history place again Alex. I see that is where the photo came from. I assumed it was from a magazine.
I know it is 'old' news but that people do read the History place suggests interest in the WSR and of course the other side of the coin. Any criticism in this thread is often dismissed and a diversionary post made so I guess the other place might be interesting to some others.

Who put the post up? The author of the history site? It has a History of unpleasant articles aimed at a certain person.

A few thousand posts ago the 'history' folk posted here. They received much unpleasantness from certain posters. That is probably why they set up their own shop (web site). I am sure many others would have done the same in similar circumstances

It was the pathetic attempt at character assassination that gave the game away as to the source! As to criticism, I think you'll find a fair amount of it in the last 660 pages, along with other stuff! So not sure what you mean there.

Ah, that criticism! As I recall, it was largely a barrage of people pointing out the huge number of flaws in everything he said, and nothing more. The vast majority was definitely playing the ball, not the man, Indeed I remember on several occasions going through his posts point by point pointing out the inaccuracies, illogical conclusions and the hyperbole contained within.

I see W. London as your domicile. Try a few short trips on the Thames to get your sea legs. :D

Actually the reason they no longer post here is because they were unable to stick to the forum rules and therefore had their membership removed due to their continual flouting of the rules, some of which was in danger of dragging the forum into legal disputes.

And the pier in Ramsey , which is only 7 miles away so I don't have to drive all the way to Douglas from the north , I think Douglas which is all of 15 miles away .
