BR black is fine but it needs to have BRITISH RAILWAYS on the tender !

There is a photo of 45596 from today on their Facebook page:

(You do not need to log into Facebook to view them)

By the sounds of it, plenty have been there today, so maybe some more pics will appear shortly.

But only one at a time. If you need two engines at one time then either your CME is short of ideas or is short of resources, particularly in the UK.

I wouldn't get to excited about Bahamas on the Mainline yet, there will be a lot of running in on the KWVR first and then it has to have a loaded test run. I suppose that should ideally be in the West Midlands to be near the resources that overhauled it

Good to see WCRC there today . Running in potentially fairly soon , with Stratford and a load test run to Leicester planned . Gauging already confirmed

    Test run for 45596 perhaps?

Given what @Johnb says about 45596, perhaps the timings might instead be for 7029?

Either way, it'll be a green, double chimney 4-6-0!

Could be both together to clock up some running in mileage?

Jubilees were not fitted with front steam heat apparatus and it appears 45596 has retained this authenticity following its latest outshopping. When we had 45596 at ELR for a couple of winters it made for cold trains with the loco running tender first!
