    No I do not currently volunteer
    As an ex-passholder at the GCR who is still waiting for them to pull their finger out and give me the refund that I requested back in November, can I ask if any other member of National Preservation who also held a pass and decided to take up their offer has yet had any money back from the railway?

    Thanks for that information. I have been on the phone to the GCR 3 times so far to chase my own refund without success. Time for another go....
