    According to another site 2 traction motors have had to be isolated. Wasn’t the delay in announcing its availability due to a bogie swap?

    In that case the GNER service must be making a record for being late. As GNER haven't operated the ECML in many, many years. Up until a year or two years ago Virgin/Stagecoach ran the ECML under the Virgin banner. Then the "new" LNER took over when Virgin/Stagecoach pulled out.
