Just left Carlisle RT south via Shap. No diesel on the back.

 

Traksy shows the same.

 

Good chance of a southbound run over Shap without getting looped on the climb. That seems quite unusual. The TPE is 17 behind with a stop to make at Penrith, likely to overtake at Grayrigg.

 

Looks like it’s been looped at Eden Valley

 

Another pan I'm afraid, but due to the late route alteration, better than nothing I suppose...

 

Got to 70 at mp50 before brakes kicked in.

 

Is the train running in the L/E path? I couldn't see anything else on Real Time.

Apparently so.

 

Having said that, 67005 pulled into Carnforth U&DGL in its path. We're in the up passenger loop. 1600 hrs.
