    Seems quite expensive to me for something that hasn't run in preservation, is partially dismantled and has a seized engine.

    What makes you mention Preston Steam Services? The sellers user i/d is engineersemporium, I assume http://www.theengineersemporium.co.uk/

    I think it is one of the locos that was at Llanforda Hall Waterworks, Oswestry.

    Apologies for that, I don't know why, but I somehow thought that Engineers Emporium was a trading name for Preston. Post amended.
