    Although when passing Yaxley station just now, it looked like 60103 was doing all the work! Lovely to see Mayflower again in my favourite livery :)

    I can't see there being much 'work' involved, no point in having two of them blasting away. Economics sir, save a bit on the coal bill.
    Bit like Deltics cruising around on one engine, no point in having both engines running when just one can get the job done.

    Was it me but when I noted it at Doncaster during it's brief stop 60103 looked very tired and work-stained. Hopefully the cleaners can soon remedy this at the NRM.
