Yes correct - driver experience from approx 1pm on Sat/Sun. For £10 you'll get a trip around the yard to the section limit on the low level line - this is actually a fair distance taking you almost to Middle Forge junction. To make it interesting, we usually go from the platform into the headshunt, up the loop, out onto the single line as far as the section signal, then back into the platform.

Set A is Mark 2 TSO, Mark 1 BCK, Mark 1 BSO.
Set B is Hawksworth saloon, Mark 1 TSO.
Freight I can't quite remember, but the vans will definitely be the Queen Mark and the Shark, plus palvan, some dogfish, possibly a five-plank wagon as well.

    Should be a fun gala!

A good day out. Well done to all. The Dean Forest confirms its reputation as the " Friendly Forest Railway". The best view was definitely from the "Queen Mary".

A disappointment on the day (Sunday) was the absence of Rennes which should have been double heading on this run and also doing the driving experience, but still a good day out.

Unfortunately Rennes developed a fault on Saturday afternoon, which we couldn't rectify in time for the Sunday. We were all disappointed, but sometimes these things happen unfortunately.
