This is looking really good. I'm definitely coming this year. Its been a while since I have spent any time on the SVR.

 

Maybe not relevant now if 30541 is indeed to be the third guest - but is it true as a friend told me today that no Merchant Navy locomotive has ever run on SVR metals?

 

First Autumn Gala for us this year, am I right in thinking you need to buy the WTT? Is there an option to buy in advance with tickets, will be buying travel tickets at some point soon!

 

Correct, and yes, on the website in the same place as tickets, usually they all get sent together.

 

I think that's right - been racking my brains and nothing comes to mind. Would certainly prefer to see a Merchant than 30541!

No Merchants on the Wiki list of Gala guests. I'd like to see one on the SVR myself, but maybe after Falling Sands viaduct is repaired.
