That would make sense, I was some distance away and only saw the rear half, which must have been the DVT. I also couldn't quite tell if it was a 43 or 91 front end (because of a wall), but made the assumption from it being diesel on RTT.

    Much obliged.

Any news on the reported test run for 60009. There was a post on No 9's Facebook page for a run around the Hellifield /Blackburn circuit next Tuesday

That path is being used today by 45231 on a rake of 8 coaches without any diesel on the rear. It left Chester c10 mins early.

Must have lost one  Only counted 7 Mk 1s!
    Pictures from Haughton and Walcot.

Unless anyone knows different I'm sure this is the first LSL circuit without a diesel.

Anyone know what This service was cancelled due to a problem with the schedule (QM) that's showing against No.9's Test Run timings this morning means? The LE move across from the ELR was stopped at Balshaw Lane for an hour earlier so hope there's no issue with the A4.

5M50 is still showing as running, which is the booked full circuit path.

5Z44 has appeared as cancelled, but that run was Carnforth - Hellifield with a return path via Clapham, which is generally for loco and POB tests.

Message from the support crew a few minutes ago confirms the run from ELR to Carnforth went fine.

No, train planning have made a mistake or a panel box somewhere en-route has produced a simplifier which is wrong. Extracted from Delay Attribution instructions.

QM STP SCHED Train schedule/STP Process including erroneous simplifiers

Nothing wrong with 60009 on this incident.

    Cheers, Neil
