Press release about the 7F joining the MHR fleet now on MHR website. Looks like she will be rostered alongside 76017 when she arrives. Also, as mentioned above the October Gala will be S & D theme:

Anyway Duty Druid will just do one of his "special cermonies"* and the MHR wagon group will become immoveable

I'm surprised that nobody's mentioned the rule that all threads must devolve into a livery debate.

...an LMS crimson 7F, anyone?! :p

    There are actually only two.

Rule 1 - Thread drift is de rigueur.
    Rule 2 - The moderator's decision is final...and usually wrong. :)

    MHR Ops anyone?

MHR/S&D Gala/7F and friends? That sounds like a 'win-win' to me.

Good luck with that one, the sight of DD, running round, robes flapping in the wind , beer can in one hand, Sprig of mistletoe between his teeth, shouting, " virgins, virgins come out where ever you are, is enough to make any self respecting virgin stay at home windows and door shuttered but i think Anne Widdicombe might be available ?

Fear not, it was a comment made in jest!

Although on that matter, it's been a while since we've seen a 7F in LMS black...

You cannot surpass in excellence this livery, far better than the dismal LMS style black - purely my opinion naturally. :D
