I think that's already been done a few times. The thread has been "branched" before but the same old topics keep coming up

If what goes on at the WSR keeps getting in the way of the day to day operational business then there will be a reason. Just saying.

we could of course declare Nat Pres a WSR free zone , boycott the line in effect and refuse to give the line any news on here ..............

Is it not time for the WIBBLE boat to be cast adrift into the Bristol Channel?
And why on earth do we need another thread?

Besides being undesirable censorship, it wouldn't work. A few apologists for the management would start a new thread boasting how wonderful everything is -- alternating with pleas for cash to save the railway from going bust.

Well if you don't like what you're reading, you can just not bother visiting NP, although that would be a little like watching Russian TV...

Well as it was a rainy morning here, worse in Somerset it seems, so I watched the WSR web cams, courtesy WSR org.
The stations looked well kept and the car roofs were not 'tatty' as discussed in another railway thread.
9351 was the locomotive with what appeared to be a recently varnished crimson and custard rake with one chocolate and cream as tail end.
It does seem that the wholetime crews and volunteers are up to the mark.

Is it not more correct to say the same old people keep bringing up the same old topics?

When the time comes to write "The history of the WSR - 2000 on" I wonder just which versions will get into print?
Or perhaps we'll see multiple volumes?
    Vol. 1, The Board Report..
    Vol. 2, The Minority Report...
    Vol. 3, Official Supporters Report
Vol.4 Unofficial supporters (and other donors) Report
    And maybe even:-
    Vol. 5, The Victims Statement?

Vol. 5 would make extremely interesting reading!

If a history was ever written then I trust that it would be fair and both sides of viewpoint published,

It'd be a brave (and diplomatic) soul who'd undertake such a task.

But will everything other than Vol 1 be dismissed as 'fake news' and those found in possession of, or making quotes from, the contents of anything else be 'cancelled'.....:)
