Evesham Vale Light Railway

    I was hoping someone could provide further information about the three coach articulated set on the EVLR. I know is originally came from the Fairbourne Railway, but was hoping someone could provide the numbers as they don't seem to carry any now.

    Looks like they've done a full retube on the boiler after a perforated boiler tube, from a Facebook comment from the railway

    I was on there last weekend. "Dougal" and "St Edwin" were running.

    Nice little trundle. I guess there is no historical context to the narrow gauge line there?

    Exmoor-built 0-4-2T No. 300 "Monty" at work in the snow on the EVLR's "Santa Special" trains this morning; credit must be given to the driver for some spectacular run-pasts & whistles.
