Are incorrect apostrophes 'against the rules' or just bad form?

Exactly nothing about the L&BR and it look like it is not going to be discussed and we all know what that means

We don't know what that means, and there is no point speculating until a firm decision has been made.

Yes, and there should be a website (or at least a holding page) appearing within a few days!

Exactly - I am sure we all have theories but we all should avoid speculating until there is an official statement.

But how/when will a 'firm decision' be made if the Sec 73 applications are NOT on the Agenda?

One would believe that the Exmoor National Park exists solely for the L&B railway. They have a much wider remit than that.

Might it be that they haven't published the planning agenda yet? The planning agenda is always at the bottom along with the disclaimer about audio and video recording, which also isn't there.

we do now know what that means, that they withdrew the S73 applications and that its everybody else's and his dogs fault except the trustee's, 17 long years of waiting including 5 years of approved permissions, 4 years and 2 months of that passing before any positive action was taken, being drip fed exaggerated snippets of news only to find we are on the precipice of failure

The biggest worry now is wondering to what lengths these men will go to to try and save face and to hold on to power, it won't be if they hang the railway but rather more 'how high'

Now the bun fight can begin it is clear as mud that mistakes have been made, but I wonder if anyone is man enough to stand up and do the honourable thing and resign or take the blame? As you all know If I have made a mistake (and I have made a few on here) then I own it.

But can any one else do the same? Only time will tell.
