It appears to be on the move, but shown as cancelled on RTT. Just passed Lancaster and the link has updated it passing at 1405

Flying Scotsman crosses the Staffs and Worcester canal at Baswich , just south of Stafford, on its way south to take up railtour duties. IMG_4929.jpg

12 minutes early at Madeley. Omitted the stop at Whitehouse Jct and now apparently still at Rugby according to RTT.

Something I didn't expect, that 60s look (sort of) ! Barring the West Coast logo - barely a trace of 21st Century. (some power cables removed)

D345 and friend passing Cranberry in Staffordshire en route from Carnforth to Burton on Wetmore with the ecs for tomorrow's Pathfinder Tours - 'The Golden Anniversary' to Weymouth .

Just a few miles further south sees D345 (40145) and 47815 passing Heamies Farm, just north of Norton Bridge while heading 5Z39, 10.10 Carnorth to Burton with the stock for tomorrows charter to Weymouth. IMG_4951.jpg
