Again it’s much more complex than that sadly.

I know you are probably still working on it but is the timetable likely to change or just the loco allocations? Cheers

The timetable as whole does not change. Everything we said would run will run.

The locos about 50% change diagrams roughly.

I think you can expect to see something by the end of the week.

It's a shame, really. Had 6880 been announced for what is now on the website - coming to the SVR for running-in and then staying to work trains in May - in the first place, I'm sure that would have been a big draw in itself and everyone would have been happy. Again, no criticism here of the SVR itself.

The SVR Gala webpage has been updated and says Thursday 4930, 29 and 13268 are running the full length trains, 1369 the local set and 7812 on Goods, is that correct? Thinking somebody may have got 29 and 7812 mixed up?

With all the changes that have come about this week, might Harry be able to confirm the plans for what way things will face? (edit to correct: confirm updated plans...)

Looking forward to the event - never done a main SVR steam gala before so quite excited. (I'm particularly looking forward to seeing the Terrier!)

Post #33 suggested a timetable with carriage sets might be forthcoming in good time. Is that still the case please? :)

Give us chance haha! The Working Timetable is obviously a lot more complex than just the public timetable and we’ve got a 60 page gala booklet to write as well. It’ll be fine cut

The Working Timetable is version 41! Although that’s since it first started in October.

The gala booklet officially says version 3, but I suspect unofficially it’s mid 20s!

A note that there are road closures in Kidderminster on the sunday due to the St George's day parade. This included the bottom part of Comberton Hill. The station will still be accessible coming via Chester Road.
