    I’m a glass half full type so I will assume that they have been quietly fitting CDL to some Mk1s until I see otherwise.

    Tornado for 1st SSE?, I read somewhere it is doing 3 additional trips from ones that have already been advertised, and one of them is on the 26th June

    No, it is booked 15 minutes for water at Common Road Crossing on Strensall Common. It does stop at Fenton as usual on the return.

    I've found timings to Scarborough on RTT but not the return as far as I can see.

    Thank you for going out for it on such a damp day.
    Good job the diesel was on the back. I think Tornado would have struggled if it had to restart on greasy rails without a push.
