    For those who are interested in a bit of S&D action in the D bit, it is planned to have 88 in traffic at Swanage until Wednesday this week. Usual caveats apply.

    Managed to blag a firing turn on the old girl yesterday with Norman (yes Loco Inspectors driving and firing!!), what a machine! Pity we can't keep her for longer.

    Pity I was Ticket Inspecting on the tatty class 117 DMU today instead of the steam service and the photos I took of 88 were rubbish!
