I wonder if they keep an emergency coupler for a 'Pendolino' in their support coach ...

Thanks Adam, confirmation that she has actually set off would be useful...

I'm surprised how many tours Railway Touring Co. have pulled recently. They may have overheated their market a bit, although I was at one point interested in doing the Rutlander. Hopefully it is for a bit of winter maintenance- she deserves a bit of a rest, after all!

Does anyone know the reason for this cancellation?

    Two question:

    1. is this Light Engine or ECS ?

    2. Whats the snow like in the Trent Valley ?

May have a look if the conditions are favourable.

Local radio is also reporting that train services are badly disrupted through Northampton due to track circuit failures at Bletchley.

Decided to pop out for half hour to find a new photing location just down the road for future tours in the off chance that she would come along in the great light and wintery conditions.....but it wasnt to be unfortunately. There is allways another time so never mind.
