    It is not up to me but I will let the railway know. I believe the management have their eyes on a certain Duffield extension.

    Hmmm. Where's Matt when you need him? Would look nice on the Gwili with the Taff Vale brake, and maybe 216 in the next couple of years (if I ever get the painting of the Bronwydd end finished). Maybe one day, when we get Bulleids on that railway too...

    Sadly the budgets this year don't extend to a loco hire, nice as it would be. Maybe 2011, current thinking is that GWR 216 might be in traffic at some point next year, we shall see...just spent today painting the roof as it happens, so we're gettting there!

    Don't want to gatecrash this thread too much, so I'm sure that there will be plenty of offers for 5542, locos such as these don't stay 'available' for long.
