Can anyone on the train text me when you leave Norwich please (I will PM my phone number if you agree)
I wanted to go to a more exotic location but as my dad can't walk miles we are going to bridge 303 on the NNR so wave!! :)

I seriously hope there is a Holt to London this year too, if your listening RTC :)

To be honest, with the limit on train length at Cromer, the economics of such a train would be horrific.

I think this is the biggest problem that any tour aiming to use the link will face. However, if you look Cromer Station up on Multimap, and refer to the Quail Track Diagram, the later lists the platform at Cromer as being long enough for 7 x 20 metre long vehicles, and the former shows that must be another 4 vehicle lengths minimum to a generous fouling point for the cross overs between the Norwich and Sheringham lines. The problem, as ever, will be the signalling and where the track circuits are, as well as concerns if say a 9 coach train with leading and trailing locos had 4 vehicles off the platform (and the need to draw almost right up to the stops to get as much as possible of the train in).

Given that Tour Promoters will always tell you it is the last coach that makes their profit, plus the ppopularity of premier dining etc., prices are going to have to be high if the "last two" coaches have to be missed off the set to make it fit as an absolute minimum!
