    Hi All

i have now added a small collection of 4 photos of Wainwright designed locos including one from 1950. The P class pics were accidentally put in the Terriers collection (my mistake)

The engine carrying the number W8, named Freshwater, which you show at Havenstreet on the Isle of Wight Steam Railway was built as 46 Newington and some time later became BR 32646 after many intermediate identies. See http://www.iwsteamrailway.co.uk/the-railway/locomotives/67.html .

    32640 (40) Brighton is now W11.

The shots of 32650 (1) and (2) are at Tenterden Town on the KESR.
I would also say that 32670 (2) is by Didcot Railway Centre's Coaling Stage but could be wrong.
Shot tagged 32636 looks to be the north end of Sheffield Park shed before it has the walls built up at the front judging by the brick walk ways and the building outside.

No that is Didcot, no idea when though, but not recently I would say.

Between 1984 and 1986. That was before the old boiler finally gave up. Bodiam went there in return for the visit of 1466 to the KESR.

The pics of 32650 are taken on the cobbled area outside the Carriage and Wagon shed at Tenterden. She was there for a while, before moving over to the station yard.

Sorry if I confused you - 32646 was Newington, not Brighton
