Great. The best time would be a weekend as it's more alive. Checkout our website to see when the events are on.

Small update: The rest of the platform is slowly being paved and the M&GN fence is going up too.
The bsk coach is having the rest of the painting done.
And the ground signals are being placed in the correct positons.
Ooo and the gardens are coming along nicely.

I like Breck Farm Campsite, literally 2 minutes from Weybourne station.

you have a good memory :)
Yes, you would of thought the memory would prevent me going camping ever again but I learnt and got a good tent this time. last Wednesday I went up for one night to visit the Wells and Walshingham railway (very good).
    Will upload photos later.

That is obviously a targetted attack, not a spur of the moment tagging. I bet the little s**ts won't get caught. I assume there is no CCTV at the site?
You are in the middle of nowhere, these people have travelled to do that.
I hope you can clean it off without too much trouble.

No, it will be the same as the gazibo theft, No we dont have electricity so no cctv.
It will be fine on the box van and esso tank but the suburban... It on the windows and everything. we are in a debate weather to scrap it. We done have the funds to restore it, so it could mean painting one side and covering the rest up till we get the money or scraping the top and using the chassic as a flat bed or something.

OK, It wont happen if we can get some kinda cover on it.
But you haven't seen it in the condition, standing in a garden for 30 odd years hasn't done it any good. The doors dont shut, some of the locks are hanging off, the panels are rusting through. Im not happy about it but it doesnt look like it will be scrap for some time.

    Have you contacted the BTP?

I'm sure I've seen that ATS "tag" before on the network. Plod keep a database of these things, and are sometimes able to link particular vandalism to known individuals.

I dont know about them but we have done the police and it's been in the paper and on the radio.

Just to say we have been give a £25'000 grant for electricity and a £70'000 to referbish our engine shed with a bio boiler and heating for station and engine shed.

Work has started on the shed, on the ceiling and to have the windows back in.

The year has started good for rebuilding the general area back to how it was, lets hope it stays. The area is also starting to look more presentable with the flowers beds and general painting. The platform is slowly being paved and the fence back ready for the signal box.
