Had wondered if anyone had spotted the 0Z headcodes in for today, Lamiel is certainly prime suspect i'd say.

I hung around Whitlocks End for over an hour from 2:15 and no show by 30777 service trains running very late also.

They'll have to work quick to change its identity then. Or will that be done at Southall?

Cabsides apart it's only unscrewing name and numberplates and putting others on.

Maybe it will have to carry "Caution - Wet Paint" signs on its trip :)

What a nice engine though. Tomorrow will be the first time I've seen it running, looking forward to it, and to Friday.

It's good to see she's on her way to London. I always get a bit worried when the test runs are this close to the railtour! Looking forward to the run on Friday, only my second with the King Arthur.

Is Twyford still an "open" station, I heard it was going to have barriers installed when the new footbridge was built.
Back to 30777, seems it had no actual support coach, but a Mk1 & a Pullman from the VT rake. No Brake vehicle!
